User Manual of Jaw Crusher This machine is mainly composed with machine body, eccentric axis, connection rod, jaw plate and regulating mechanism. V belt is used to transfer the momentum to the connection rod to drive the moveable jaw plate to crush materials. The size of discharge material can be adjusted by regulating adjustment nut and screw, top plate base and sliding seat. The machine body is made of cast iron; the front wall is installed with fixed jaw plate; the rear wall is installed with spring and lockup nut; the two sides are installed with lining plate and rectangular iron bar; the top is installed with two sliding bearing blocks used to support the eccentric axis. The eccentric axis is supported in the sliding bearing trial hole and the middle is connected by two roll bearing connection rods. Moveable jaw plate is installed on top of connection rod and the under part is connected with the regulating mechanism through bracket plate. The regulating mechanism is mainly composed with regulating nut, sliding block, top plate block and bracket plate. It’s mainly used to regulate and control the size of discharge material according to requirements. It regulates and controls the size of discharge material by rotating the nut to make the screw drive the sliding block up or down to make the plate bracket plate drive the connection rod to move with the power of spring. The jaw plates are cast with high manganese steel that has perfect abrasion resistance. Jaw crusher is mainly used to crush all sorts of rocks or ores of middle hardness, so it’s an important device in the laboratories of metallurgic, geological, building material and chemical industries.
